Our Beef is homegrown on our farm here in Locke, NY.
All of our meat is raised in small batches which ensures the highest quality care and nutrition.
We pasture raise our beef and then finish on grain that we mill ourselves to the highest standards which produces excellent marbling without stressing the animal.
Our goal is to raise the kind of food we want our family to eat. That means we only give our animals what they need to be healthy and happy. No unneeded antibiotics or artificial hormones.
